Music in Worship

Volunteer musicians

Director of Worship and Music
- Garth Hangartner (Joined FPC staff in 2008), leads the FPC worship band, directs the choir, designs worship, oversee's the sanctuary technology teams, directs the annual Messiah Concert. Instruments: bass, mandolin, octave mandolin, mando-banjo, synth & loops, dulcimer, ukulele, bass ukulele, lead and harmony vocals. He holds a D.M.A. and M.M. from the University of of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, and a B.M. and B.Ed. from the University of Alaska Anchorage
Accompanists
- Bonnie Robbinson, Principal Accompanist, accompanies the choir (organ & piano) and the 11:15 worship service, and plays accordion in the FPC Mountain Band and Roots Band
- Jan Whaley, Accompanist, accompanies the choir (organ & piano) and the 11:15 worship service. Instruments: Organ & piano
- FPC Quartet
  - Christie Jones, soprano soloist, and soprano section leader
  - Jan Priddy, alto soloist, and alto section leader
  - Tom Williams, tenor soloist, and tenor section leader
  - John Frankhauser, bass soloist, and bass section leader
Children's Choir & Bell Choir
- Diane Doughty, directs the bell choir
- Jessie Scott (joined music staff in 2012), leads the children's choir
