Anyone wishing to submit an application for mission funding from Spokane F.P.C. must fill out a Mission Funding Application and return it to the church. See the Application for its due date. The Covenant for Service gives our vision of service and describes the principles we seek to uphold.
The application can be downloaded and opened using a (free) copy of Adobe Reader. It is designed with 'form fields' so that you can type your answers directly into the document and save it. The file can be emailed, mailed or faxed to the church (see below).
